He Fusion Summoned Dracotail Gulamel, allowing Hidalgo to draw a card thanks to Fuwalos, and then he used the effects of Faimena and Mululu to Set Dracotail Flame and Dracotail Sting from his Deck. He passed his turn without attacking, forgetting that it was the second turn of the Duel because Hidalgo had quickly passed his first turn with no play!

In a new Chain, Walton activated Phryxul’s effect, and Hidalgo Chained Lupis’s effect in the Graveyard to Special Summon it to his field. Walton Set Ketu Dracotail from his Deck with the Phryxul’s effect. Next, Walton sent Lukias and Secreterion Dragon to the Graveyard to Link Summon S:P Little Knight and used Little Knight’s effect to try to banish Lupis. Hidalgo Chained Lupis’s effect to try to Xyz Summon with it, and Walton Chained his Little Knight’s other effect to banish Lupis and Little Knight. Next, Walton flipped Ketu Dracotail to add Dracotail Mululu from his Deck to his hand and fuse Mululu and Pan from his hand. He Fusion Summoned Arthalion and then used the effects of Arthalion, Mululu, and Pan. In the End Phase, Little Knight returned to the field, but Lupis remained banished due to its own effect.
Hidalgo drew Cyber Dragon and Special Summoned it. He entered his Battle Phase and attacked Little Knight; but Walton flipped Horn to return Cyber Dragon to Hidalgo’s hand, return Flame from his Graveyard to his Deck, and draw a card. In Main Phase 2, Hidalgo Special Summoned Cyber Dragon again. He Tributed it to Tribute Summon Cyberdark Wurm and Walton used Faimena’s effect in his hand. He then used Herz’s effect to return Cyber Dragon from his Graveyard to his hand. He activated the effect of Regulus in his hand next by targeting the Herz in his Graveyard, and Walton Chained Little Knight’s effect to banish Wurm and Little Knight until the End Phase. Hidalgo Special Summoned Regulus with Herz attached, and the monsters banished by Little Knight returned to the field in the End Phase.

Walton Set Ketu Dracotail from his Deck with Mululu’s effect and negated the effect of “Werewolf” thanks to Mululu. With Urgula’s effect, he Set another Ketu Dracotail and destroyed the face-down Cyber Emergency. Finally, Arthalion’s effect resolved to add the 3 cards he had previously targeted in his Graveyard back to his hand. In a new Chain, Hidalgo used Lupis’s effect to combine it with Izuna and Xyz Summon Chronomaly Vimana. Walton flipped Ketu Dracotail and Hidalgo Chained the effect of “Werewolf” even though it was negated by Mululu. Walton fused Pan and Faimena from his hand to Summon Gulamel and then activated the effects of Pan and Faimena as Chain Links 1 and 2 respectively. Hidalgo negated Faimena’s effect with Vimana by detaching 2 Xyz Materials and then used Pan’s effect to Set Dracotail Sting from his Deck and destroy Cyber Dragon Infinity. Walton Normal Summoned Lukias next and activated its effect, Chaining Gulamag’s effect to destroy “Werewolf”. He added Faimena from his Deck to his hand and then attacked Vimana with Gulamel. In the Damage Step, however, Hidalgo used his Vimana’s effect to attach “Werewolf” to it from the Graveyard and increase Vimana’s ATK by 1650 for the turn, allowing it to win the battle and destroy Gulamel. He attempted to enter his Battle Phase, and Hidalgo activated Lupis’s effect to combine Lupis with Izuna and Xyz Summon Vallon, the Super Psy Skyblaster in the Main Phase. Next, Walton activated the effect of Faimena in his hand, and Hidalgo stopped it with Vimana’s effect. Hidalgo used his Skyblaster to put Druiswurm face-down and then, finally entering his Battle Phase, Walton attacked “Ripper” with Albion, not realizing his monster was weaker and would be destroyed by battle! Next, Arthalion attacked Vimana, but Hidalgo used the Vimana’s effect to attach “Werewolf” to it and increase its ATK, destroying the Arthalion in battle too! Walton used Urgula’s effect in the Graveyard to return Urgula to his Deck and add Phryxul to his hand.
Hidalgo drew a card and then used Vimana’s effect in the Standby Phase to give it another Xyz Material. He banished Clockwork Night from his Graveyard and discarded Ash Blossom from his hand to add Therion “King” Regulus from his Deck to his hand. He activated Regulus’s effect by targeting Noroi to try to Special Summon Regulus with Noroi equipped, and when Walton flipped Sting, Hidalgo Chained Ash Blossom to negate it. Walton tried to use Faimena’s effect next, and after Hidalgo negated it with “Ripper”, Walton conceded.

Next, Hidalgo Special Summoned Cyber Dragon from his hand, prompting Walton to activate the effect of Faimena in his hand. He fused Mululu from his hand with Arthalion on his field to Summon Khaos Starsource Dragon, allowing Hidalgo to draw a card from Fuwalos’s effect. Walton used the effect of his Khaos Starsource Dragon to destroy Cyber Dragon and used the Mululu’s effect to Set a Dracotail card from his Deck. Next, Hidalgo used Jokul’s effect to Special Summon it from his hand along with Noroi. He then added Izuna to his hand with Jokul, and combined Jokul with Noroi to Xyz Summon K9-66X “Jacks”. He activated Forced Release next to Summon K9-X “Werewolf” over Jokul and destroy Dracotail Sting! “Werewolf” had 3300 ATK and could attack three times, plus the damage it inflicted was doubled since “Jacks” was attached as an Xyz Material and Hidalgo had activated Faimena’s effect in the hand that turn! “Werewolf” attacked Khaos Starsource Dragon to destroy it and drop Walton down to 5400 Life Points. “Werewolf” attacked Gulamel next, destroying that too and dropping Hidalgo down to 1600 Life Points.
