Time for more QQ (that stands for Quick Questions!) This time, I asked several Duelists what Decks they’re using and how many copies of Starlight Road they play, to find out if there’s a pattern. Here are the results I gathered:

“I’m playing Caliber Cat with 1 copy of Starlight Road in it.”

“I’m using a Monarch Deck with a tech copy of Card Trooper. I play 1 copy of Starlight Road in my Main Deck.”

“I’m playing Cyberdarks! I don’t use Starlight Road in my Deck because it’s way too easy for my opponent to read.”

“I’m running a Plant Monarch Deck with Skill Drain in it. I don’t Main Deck Starlight Road, but I do Side Deck a copy.”

“I’m playing Flamvell Cat. I’m not using any copies of Starlight Road in my Deck.”

“I’m running Final Countdown in the tournament today. I’m not using any copies of Starlight Road. My Deck doesn’t need it.”

“I’m running Miracle Glads. It’s a Gladiator Beast Deck that uses Miracle Fusion and Future Fusion to Summon Elemental Hero Absolute Zero and Elemental Hero Gaia. I’m using 1 copy of Starlight Road in my Main Deck.”

“I’m running a Quickdraw Synchron Deck. I’m still debating whether or not to Main Deck 1 copy of Starlight Road. It has a really strong effect, but it’s also situational and can be a dead card at times.”

Jake Chammas, Age 11, from Long Island, NY

“I’m playing Vayusworn! It uses Blackwing – Vayu the Emblem of Honor, Blackwing – Sirocco the Dawn, and Judgment Dragon. I don’t use Starlight Road in my Deck.”

Seems like most folks are running with just 1 copy. But in the right cases, just 1 copy is all you need, and even the threat of Starlight Road can be a big deterrent to your opponent!
