Parchman Side Decked in Hero’s Rule 2 in this matchup. Not only can Hero’s Rule 2 stop Parchman’s Gottoms’ Emergency Call, it can also stop D.D. Crow, The Transmigration Prophecy, and Crevice into the Different Dimension from disrupting his Infernity combos. Hero’s Rule 2 is getting overlooked by several Duelists, but may gain some popularity in the near future.
