YCS Lima Bounty Hunters?!?

March 31st, 2012

Ten lucky Duelists were selected to represent their countries and their OTS (Official Tournament Store) as a Bounty Duelist at this event. The Head Judge has labeled all Bounty opponents as Bounty Hunters. That’s pretty cool!

For those of you who may be new to our Bounty system, this is how it works:

Ten Duelists are chosen from those Duelists that Pre-Registered for the Event. In most cases, the names picked are random, but sometimes wearing a funny hat or showing your love of the game by wearing Yu-Gi-Oh! accessories will give you the opportunity to be chosen as a Bounty too!

Each Bounty Duelist is provided with a lanyard, which identifies them as a Bounty Duelist. Each round, 4 Booster Packs are added to each Bounty Duelist’s bounty pile. If the Bounty Duelist wins the Match, he/she will automatically claim two Booster Packs from his/her bounty pile. If the Bounty Duelist loses the Match, the opponent will claim every booster pack that has accumulated for that Bounty Duelist. This means that if you beat a Bounty Duelist that had a nice winning streak, you can win quite a few booster packs!
