Sunday Dragon Duelers – YCS – Costa Rica
Here’s the Top 4 of the Dragon Duelists from Sunday at the YCS – Costa Rica.
From the left is today’s winner, Sebastian Rios, who traveled all the way from Lima, Peru. This 11-year-old’s home store is Battle City. He was playing a Wind-Up Deck. His cousin first taught him to play a year ago. Enjoys the YCS because of the opportunity to meet new players and cool prizes! Well done, Sebastian, and thanks for traveling all this way!
To his right is 12-year-old Marco Ruiz from Heredia, Costa Rica. He normally plays at the Avalon Game Arena. He was playing a Prophecy Deck today. He first got into the game through a friend of his, and has been playing for two years. His experience with the YCS? He can meet so many players from other countries, and he can play Yu-Gi-Oh! ALL DAY! Third place is Axel Campos, who was also in the Top 4 from yesterday. This 11-year-old was playing a Six Samurai Deck. His father first taught him to play a year and a half ago. He also had fun meeting new players and getting some good tips here on how to improve his game. On the far right is 8-year-old Gonzalo Esquivel, from Heredia, Costa Rica. He started playing about a year ago, and his Deck consisted of some of his coolest cards! He really enjoyed the competitive atmosphere at the YCS and appreciates all the judges in making this fun!
Keep Dueling and practising everyone! You like the international mix? Well wait until the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship in August in Las Vegas in August!
