Hagan won the roll and elected to go first.
Hagan opened with Performapal Skullcrobat Joker, searching for Performapal Monkeyboard, activating that and using its effect to search for Performapal Lizardraw, activating that, prompting Boyajian to activate Maxx “C”. Boyajian destroyed Performapal Lizardraw to draw a card. Boyajian continued by activating Draco Face-Off, putting Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer in the pendulum zone and Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord on the Extra Deck. Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer’s Pendulum effect was activated, destroying Performapal Monkeyboard and adding another one from the Deck. He set one Spell or trap and passed.
Boyajian started with a hand of Solemn Strike, Performapal Monkeyboard, Performapal Helpprincess, Wavering Eyes and Performapal Monkeyboard. He drew Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare. Boyajian activated Performapal Monkeyboard and attempted to use its effect, Hagan chained Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit, Boyajian chain Wavering Eyes to destroy the 2 scales on the field and searched Performapal Skullcrobat Joker, which was Summoned. Performapal Skullcrobat Joker’s effect was activated and Helpprincess was chained to Special Summon herself. Performapal Skullcrobat Joker’s effect added another Performapal Monkeyboard. Boyajian overlaid his monsters for Diamond Dire Wolf. Boyajian moved into the Battle Phase and attacked Hagan’s Performapal Skullcrobat Joker for 200 damage. In Main Phase 2, Boyajian used Diamond Dire Wolf’s effect on itself and the face-down but the target, Draco Face-Off, was chained. Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord was Summoned and Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer was placed in the Extra Deck. Boyajian set Solemn Strike and Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare before passing.
Hagan Summoned Performapal Skullcrobat Joker, adding Performapal Guitartle, activating it and Performapal Monkeyboard, drawing a card off Performapal Guitartle’s effect. Performapal Monkeyboard’s effect added Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer. Twin Twisters was activated targeting Boyajian’s set spell and traps, prompting a concession.
Game 2
Boyajian elected to take the first turn.
Boyajian opened with Maxx “C”, Bottomless Trap Hole, Performapal Lizardraw, Performage Damage Juggler and Performage Mirror Conductor. He set the Bottomless Trap Hole and passed.
Hagan started off with a Normal Summoned Performapal Skullcrobat Joker, using its effect to search Performapal Monkeyboard, then using that to add Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer to hand. Hagan continued by activating Performapal Lizardraw, which once again prompted Boyajian to activate Maxx “C”. Hagan considered his options for a while and finally decided to Pendulum Summon Plushfire and Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer. Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer activated, destroying the Performage Plushfire and the Performapal Monkeyboard in the Pendulum Zone, searching for Performapal Guitartle and Performapal Skullcrobat Joker. Performage Plushfire activated, allowing Hagan to Special Summon Performage Damage Juggler from Deck, giving Boyajian another draw. Boyajian used Bottomless Trap Hole on the Performage Damage Juggler summon, banishing it. Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer and Performapal Skullcrobat Joker attacked, Hagan set 3 and passed.
With the draws from Maxx “C” and the draw for turn Boyajian’s hand now contained Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord. Wavering Eyes and a Performage Hat Tricker. He activated Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord and Performapal Lizardraw as Pendulum Scales, prompting Hagan to use Wavering Eyes but Boyajian chained Performage Damage Juggler to negate it. After the chain resolved, Boyajian used his own Wavering Eyes which allowed him to search for Performapal Monkeyboard with and banished Hagan’s face-down Forbidden Chalice with Wavering Eyes. Boyajian pressed on, banishing his Performage Damage Juggler from the Graveyard to add Performage Trick Clown to hand. Performage Trick Clown was Normal Summoned, Performage Hat Tricker was Special Summoned right after that, and both monsters were used to Xyz Summon Diamond Dire Wolf, which was used to destroy the last face-down: Raigeki. Performage Trick Clown revived itself, Performapal Monkeyboard was activated, adding Performapal Lizardraw to Boyajian’s hand. Performapal Lizardraw was activated, then Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord, and Performapal Lizardraw were Pendulum Summoned from the Extra Deck along with Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer from the hand. Performage Mirror Conductor’s monster effect was used on Hagan’s Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer. Performage Mirror Conductor and Vector Pendulum, the Dracoverlord were used to Xyz Summon King of the Feral Imps, which used its effect to add Jigabyte to hand. Boyajian Special Summoned Jigabyte. He moved into the Battle Phase and destroyed both of Hagan’s monsters. In Main Phase 2, Boyajian used the last card in hand, Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer, to the Pendulum Zone, destroyed the Performapal Monkeyboard to add another one, then used the Performage Trick Clown and the Jigabyte to Xyz Summon Traptrix Rafflesia.
Hagan drew to 3 cards in hand, then Normal Summoned Performapal Skullcrobat Joker, adding Performapal Monkeyboard to hand. Performapal Monkeyboard was activated as a Pendulum Spell, which was used to add another Performapal Skullcrobat Joker to hand. He then activated Performapal Lizardraw in the other Pendulum Zone and to draw 1 card. However, because Hagan took too long to make that move, he was given a Slow Play warning. Hagan proceeded to activate Performapal Skullcrobat Joker as a Pendulum Spell, then Pendulum Summons Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer and another Performapal Skullcrobat Joker. He then Xyz Summoned Performage Trapeze Magician using the 2 Performapal Skullcrobat Joker’s. Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer attacked Performapal Lizardraw and Trapeze Magician destroyed King of the Feral Imps.
Boyajian activated Performapal Monkeyboard, searching Performapal Skullcrobat Joker which was Normal Summoned, searching for Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer. Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer’s effect was activated, destroying Performapal Monkeyboard to add another to hand. Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer was put in the vacant Pendulum Zone, and 2 Performapal Lizardraws were Pendulum Summoned, and Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer’s Pendulum Effect boosted the Performapal Skullcrobat Joker to 2800 ATK, letting it attack over Trapeze Magician. Trapeze Magician’s effect Special Summoned Performage Damage Juggler. Boyajian set Treacherous Trap Hole and passed.
Hagan activated Wavering Eyes, which resolved, searching for Performapal Monkeyboard, another copy of Wavering Eyes and banishing Traptrix Rafflesia. Hagan continued by Normal Summining Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer, and using it and a Performapal Skullcrobat Joker for Ignister Prominence, the Blasting Dracoslayer. Ignister Prominence, the Blasting Dracoslayer’s effect Special Summoned Master Pendulum, the Dracoslayer from the Deck. Master Pendulum, the Dracoslayer and Performage Damage Juggler were used to Xyz Summon Diamond Dire Wolf. Diamond Dire Wolf’s effect was used to destroy the face-down Treacherous Trap Hole. Hagan’s Performage Damage Juggler was banished from the grave to add Performage Plushfire, which was destroyed by Ignister Prominence, the Blasting Dracoslayer to send a Performapal Lizardraw back to the Deck, which forced Boyajian to concede the game.
