YCS Minneapolis School Tournament Series Winners!

Six teams of three Duelists battled it out today, representing their schools in the School Tournament Series! You can learn more about the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME School Tournament Series by clicking here. Three school teams emerged victorious above the rest, each earning a ton of awesome prizes. Just for participating in the event, everyone receives an exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh! journal, but these three teams are walking away with quite a bit more.

 

3rd Place School

 

Tyler Novak, Luke Reiner, and Tristen Brinkman represented Dakota State University in the tournament, finishing in third place! They will each receive some packs, special 4 x 4 Uncut Super Rare Sheets of The Dark Illusion, and their school will receive a $250 donation!

 

2nd Place School

 

Alec Kulm, Eric Twedt, and Brett Blackstock represented Dakota State University as well this weekend, and managed to finish in second place! They each earned some packs, special 4 x 4 Uncut Ultra Rare Sheets of The Dark Illusion, and a $500 donation to their school! That’s a total of $750 to Dakota State University thanks to the second and third place teams!

 

1st Place Team

 

Edward Punzalan, Andy Zhou, and Christopher Song represented University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign. They took down the whole event and will walk away with some packs, special 4 x 4 Uncut Secret Rare Sheets of The Dark Illusion, and a School Tournament Series Plaque! Not only that, but University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign will also be receiving a $1,000 donation!
