Our first day of Dueling is coming to a close. The amount of Sky Striker Decks at the top tables has reduced since we last looked, with eight Decks total. Three True Draco players are there as well – many are flocking to the strategy for its good matchups with almost every other major Deck. Gouki, Mekk-Knight, and Trickstar Decks have two players each. All of those were major strategies in the last format, and are still doing very well in this one. Finally, one each of Paleozoic, Altergeist, and Danger! Burning Abyss are here. The D!BA Deck is an adaptation of the existing Sekka’s Light Burning Abyss strategy, now using Danger! monsters to enable very fast and dangerous plays.
