Welcome to the 2019 North America World Championship Qualifier (WCQ)!

While the most exciting part of the WCQ is usually the Main Event, this year will mark the first ever set of World Qualifying Point Playoffs. This season’s top point earners from each region now get to battle it out for a spot at this year’s World Championship today, the Friday prior to the Main Event. For the North America Playoff, the top 16 point earners will compete in a single elimination tournament for two invites to the World Championship in Berlin, Germany… and this is all before the Main Event on Saturday and Sunday! Even if they don’t manage to claim one of those two coveted spots, they will still get VIP status for the Main Event as well as a Super Rare copy of Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon!

Duelists who have not earned an invite for the WCQ or Dragon Duel WCQ will have a final opportunity during the Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ’s). While the LCQ’s begin at 10:00 AM today, there will be loads of other Public Events throughout the weekend! Please see here for the Public Events Schedule.
