QQ: What’s Your Favorite Deck EVER?

October 6th, 2019

QQ stands for Quick Questions! There have been so many awesome Decks in the history of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME, it’s hard to pick a favorite. But I surveyed some of this weekend’s attendees to see which Deck is number one in their hearts. Check out their responses!

Eric Bui

“Synchrons. I love watching 5D’s and it’s the main character’s Deck. I love playing it and Yusei is my favorite character.” -Eric Bui

Alex Cancel

“Zoodiac. It was the best 1-card starter ever. You just draw 1 card and you’re full combo. And it was a nice break from the other combo-oriented formats we had.” -Alex Cancel

Julian Cebrian

“Probably Gouki. I think it’s the most powerful Deck of all time.” -Julian Cebrian

Cristian Garza

“Wind-Ups. It was a good format with other Deck involved. It was a skilled format.” -Cristian Garza

Josh Hunt

“Spellbooks. I enjoy it because it’s a toolbox Deck and you can search for anything you need.” -Josh Hunt

Manuel Alejandro

“True Draco Zoodiac. I like how skill-intensive the Deck was in the mirror-Match and how powerful it was.” -Manuel Alejandro

Paulo Goncalves

“Sky Striker. I won three events with the Deck!” -Paulo Goncalves

David Flores

“X-Sabers. It helped me learn a lot of technical play.” – David Flores

There are various answers from lots of different eras of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME, but there seems to be a trend of the most powerful Decks being the most popular.
