1st place Duelist Kobe Short

Much like Dominic Couch’s list we showed before, this Deck aims to use Orcust cards to get a strong board presence, and Sky Striker cards to provide draw power and disruption.

Short’s list sets itself apart with a comparatively low number hand-based monsters – he’s only using a pair of Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay and Ash Blossom. That leaves him more room for other utility options, such as Cosmic Cyclone. He’s also got more room for other Orcusts, even finding the space for a copy of Orcust Brass Bombard, which most Duelists forego.

His Side Deck gives him options for any expected match-up, with cards like Twin Twisters and Jamming Waves offering further back row removal, or Artifact Lancea helping in the Orcust mirror match. His Main Deck is already very flexible, making it easy to utilize these cards.

Congratulations once again to Kobe Short for building a great Deck and piloting it all the way to the top!
