UDS Invitational Tulsa, OK: Who to Watch

February 15th, 2020

The Ultimate Duelist Series Invitational is a tournament whose entry requires Duelists to spend points earned across other competitive events.  This results in a tournament where the average skill level of competition is incredibly high.

There are many talented players in the field today, and here are just a few of them!

Dakota Angeloff is the 2019 North America World Championship Qualifer Champion, and a 2019 World Championship competitor!

Billy Brake is a 3-time YCS Champion and a 2017 World Championship competitor!

David Flores is the winner of the UDS Invitational – Summer 2019!

Aaron Chase Furman is the winner of the UDS Invitational – Summer 2016, a YCS Champion, and a World Championship competitor!

Hani Jawhari is a YCS Champion, having been on the winning team of YCS Lima with Christian Urena (who is also in attendance today) and Arnold Nadaban.  Hani also has multiple YCS tops to his name.

Barrett Keys is a 2-time YCS Champion, having won YCS Tacoma and YCS Bogota in 2015.

Jesse Kotton has competed in multiple World Championships, and won UDS Panama as well as YCS Knoxville in 2019.

Site Li has multiple YCS tops, most recently placing in the Top 4 at the 3v3 Team YCS in Lima, Peru with David Flores (also in attendance) and Ed Acepcion.

Garon Williams has multiple YCS tops and made it to the finals of the UDS Winter Invitational in 2016.

Doug Zeeff made it to the Top 4 of the UDS Summer Invitational in 2019.

There are plenty of other talented Duelists in this field that I was unable to get pictures of, including YCS Champion Christian Urena, World Championship competitor Esala Wathuthantrige, YCS Champion Leo Anaya, and 200th YCS Champion as well as World Championship competitor Manav Dawar, .  It wouldn’t be surprising for any of these Duelists to claim the belt this weekend!

Stay tuned for more coverage from the UDS Invitational!
