Duel One

Guo won the die roll and chose to go second.

Aguilar started off Duel 1 by Summoning Swordsoul of Mo Ye.

He used its effect to Special Summon a Swordsoul Token and then used Swordsoul Emergence to add Swordsoul of Taia to his hand. He activated the effect of Swordsoul Strategist Longyuan to Special Summon it from his hand along with a Token and then Synchro Summoned Swordsoul Sinister Sovereign – Qixing Longyuan. He inflicted 1200 points of damage with Longyuan’s effect. He then Synchro Summon Swordsoul Grandmaster – Chixiao and used the effects of Mo Ye, Chixiao, and his Sinister Sovereign. He drew 2 cards and added Swordsoul Blackout to his hand. Next, he Set 2 cards to his back row and ended his turn.

Guo opened up with Lightning Storm, Doyon @Ignister, Ignister A.I.Land, Achichi @Ignister, and another card. He drew Effect Veiler from his turn and then activated Lightning Storm! He tried to destroy all monsters on the field, and Aguilar Chained the effect of Sinister Sovereign to banish it. He then Chained Heavenly Dragon Circle and Tributed Chixiao to add Tenyi Spirit – Ashuna from his Deck to his hand. Guo lost 1200 Life Points and dropped down to 5600 Life Points. Guo activated Ignister A.I.Land next! He activated its effect to Special Summon Achichi to his hand. He used its effect to add Pikari @Ignister to his hand. He then Link Summoned Dark Infant @Ignister and used its effect to add another A.I.Land to his hand. He used A.I.Land to Special Summon Pikari @Ignister from his hand and used its effect to add FA.I.ghting Spirit to his hand. He Link Summoned Cyberse Wicckid next and then used his A.I.Land to Special Summon Doyon @Ignister from his hand. He then used the Wicckid’s effect and Doyon’s effect to add Achichi and Bururu @Ignister to his hand. He Link Summoned Splash Mage next, and then used A.I.Land to Special Summon Bururu to his hand. He used its effect to send Gatchiri @Ignister to his Graveyard and then used Splash Mage to Special Summon Doyon from his Graveyard. He then used Doyon and Bururu as Synchro Materials to Synchro Summon Wind Pegasus @Ignister. Next, he used Bururu’s effect to Special Summon Doyon back from the Graveyard. He Link Summoned Update Jammer next, and then sent his 2 monsters to the Graveyard to Link Summon Accesscode Talker. Accesscode Talker gained 2000 ATK by targeting Update Jammer, bringing it up to 4300 ATK. He then attacked twice with Accesscode Talker thanks to Update Jammer’s effect, wiping out all 8000 of Aguilar’s Life Points!

Duel Two

Guo opened up Duel 2 with 2 copies of Cosmic Cyclone, Small World, Cynet Mining, and Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.

He started off by activating Cynet Mining. He sent his Cosmic Cyclone to the Graveyard and added Achichi to his hand. Next, he Normal Summoned Achichi and activated its effect; but Guo Chained Infinite Impermanence from his hand to negate its effect. Next, Guo Link Summoned Dark Infant and used its effect to add Ignister A.I.Land to his hand. He activated Small World next, using the Ash from his hand to banish Veiler from his Deck and add Pikari to his hand. He activated the A.I.Land and then used it to Special Summon Pikari to his field. He used its effect to add A.I. Meet You to his hand and activated it. He revealed Dark Templar @Ignister from his Extra Deck and added Doyon to his hand. He then used his 2 monsters to Link Summon Cyberse Wicckid. He used his A.I.Land to Special Summon Doyon and used the effects of Wicckid and Doyon to add Achichi and Bururu to his hand. Next, he sent his monsters to the Graveyard to Link Summon Transcode Talker. He used Doyon’s effect to add A.I. Meet You.to his hand. He used his A.I.Land to Special Summon Bururu next, and used Bururu’s effect to send Gatchiri from his Deck to his Graveyard. Then used Transcode’s effect to Special Summon Wicckid back from his Graveyard. Next, he sent all of his monsters to the Graveyard to Link Summon Dark Templar! He used A.I.land’s effect to Special Summon Achichi from his hand and then sent it to his Graveyard to Link Summon Dark Infant. He then used Dark Templar’s effect and Dark Infant’s effect. He moved Dark Infant and changed its Attribute, and then Special Summoned 3 monsters from his Graveyard. He Synchro Summoned Wind Pegasus @Ignister, then Special Summoned Pikari from his Graveyard. He then sent Pikari and Achichi to his Graveyard to Link Summon Splash Mage. He used Splash Mage’s effect to Special Summon another monster from his Graveyard, and then sent all monsters on his field to the Graveyard to Link Summon the Link 6 monster The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister with 5000 ATK! He Set Cosmic Cyclone before passing his turn.

Aguilar activated Swordsoul Emergence to add Mo Ye to his hand and then Normal Summoned it. He activated its effect by revealing Longyuan and Special Summoned a Token to his field. Next, he discarded Tenyi Spirit – Vishuda to Special Summon Longyuan and used its effect to Special Summon another Token to his field. He used Longyuan and a Token to Synchro Summon Baronnne de Fleur in Defense Position and used Longyuan’s effect to inflict 1200 points of damage to Guo. Next he Synchro Summoned Chixiao and used the effects of Chixiao and Mo Ye to draw a card and add Swordsoul Blackout from his Deck to his hand. He used Baronne’s effect to destroy Cosmic Cyclone and Guo used the effect of the Pegasus in his Graveyard to try to return Baronne to the Extra Deck; but Aguilar Chained the effect of Baronne to negate it. Aguilar used Pot of Desires next, banishing the top 10 cards of his Deck to draw 2 cards. Aguilar Set 3 cards to his back row and passed.

Guo drew PSY-Framegear Gamma and then activated A.I. Meet You. He revealed Decode Talker Heatsoul to add Achichi to his hand and then activated The Arrival’s effect to destroy Chixiao. Aguilar Chained Heavenly Dragon Circle to Tribute Chixiao and add Longyuan to his hand. Guo used his A.I.land’s effect to Special Summon Achichi and used Achichi’s effect to add Pikari to his hand. He Normal Summoned it and used its effect to add FA.I.ghting Spirit to his hand. He Link Summoned Splash Mage next and used its effect to Special Summon Gatchiri from his Graveyard. He then used FA.I.ghting Spirit to Special Summon Dark Templar. He Link Summoned Accesscode Talker next, and banished Link Monsters from his Graveyard until Aguilar’s field was cleared! Direct attacks from Splash Mage, Accesscode Talker, and The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister wiped out all 8000 of Aguilar’s Life Points!
