He activated it by sending Snake-Eye Ash to his Graveyard and then Special Summoned Oak from his Deck. Andrade Chained his Little Knight’s effect to banish the Little Knight and Amblowhale from the Duel. Next, he Chained Enemy Controller and Tributed Flamberge to take control of Diabellstar. Triple Tactics Talent resolved and Chou could only take control of his own Diabellstar! Next, Flamberge’s effect activated and resolved to Special Summon Poplar and Oak from Andrade’s Graveyard. Chou sent Poplar to the Graveyard to Link Summon Linkuriboh and then used Poplar’s effect to put the Poplar into the Spell & Trap Card Zone. Next, Chou used his Ash’s effect to send the Ash and Poplar to the Graveyard and Special Summon Flamberge Dragon from his Deck.
