Yesterday, 571 teams gathered to test their Dueling prowess. Now, only the Top 8 remain! Team Zero Mortals Plan’s Jarred Randolph is here from Deleware, and is the only Floowandereeze Duelist remaining! He’s facing Team 2 Doods’s Levi Dudley, from Alabama, and his Fire King Snake-Eye Deck! Randolph’s trio of Dimension Shifter could give him the edge in the matchup, but will it be enough? Or will the Snake-Eyes domination continue? It’s time to Duel!

Duel 1

Randolph won the dice roll and played first. He had Mist Valley Apex Avian, two copies of Pot of Prosperity, Floowandereeze and the Dreaming Town, and Floowandereeze and the Advent of Adventure. He started with Prosperity, banishing six cards from his Extra Deck. He flipped six cards, adding Floowandereeze & Eglen to his hand. He Normal Summoned Eglen, and Dudley had Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring to negate it. Randolph played Advent, banishing Eglen to add Floowandereeze & Robina to his hand while gaining 500 Life Points. He Set Dreaming Town.

Dudley Normal Summoned Snake-Eyes Poplar, adding Divine Temple of the Snake-Eye to his hand. He played the Divine Temple, placing Snake-Eye Ash in his Spell & Trap Card Zone. He sent Ash to the Graveyard to Special Summon Diabellstar the Black Witch from his hand. Diabellstar Set WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils on the field. He used Poplar to Link Summon Linkuriboh, and Poplar’s effect let him place Poplar in his back row. He played Original Sinful Spoils – Snake-Eye, sending Poplar to the Graveyard to Special Summon Legendary Fire King Ponix. Ponix added Fire King Sanctuary to his hand. Randolph flipped Dreaming Town to Normal Summon Robina. Robina searched for Floowandereeze & Toccan, and Eglen returned to his hand. He Normal Summoned Eglen, and it was hit by another Ash Blossom! Dudley continued, using all his monsters to Link Summon Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames. Princess revived Snake-Eye Ash, which added Poplar to his hand. He Special Summoned the Poplar with its effect. He used Ash to send itself and Divine Temple to the Graveyard and Special Summon Snake-Eyes Flamberge Dragon from his Deck. Randolph knew this was going to lead to his demise, and saved everyone the time. He conceded this Duel.

Duel 2

Randolph began this time with Dimensional Fissure, Eglen, Robina, Harpie’s Feather Storm, and Advent. He played Dimensional Fissure, then Eglen. Dudley had Ash Blossom once more, negating Eglen. Randolph used Advent to banish Eglen, gaining 500 Life Points and adding Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map to his hand. He played the Map, using it to banish Empen from the Deck. He Normal Summoned Robina, returning Eglen to his hand. Robina searched for Toccan. He Normal Summoned Toccan and got back Empen, then Tribute Summoned Empen. He returned Robina to his hand, and Empen searched for Dreaming Town. He Set Dreaming Town and Harpie’s Feather Storm.

Dudley Normal Summoned Droll & Lock Bird. Randolph used Map to Normal Summon Eglen, and finally, it wasn’t negated! Randolph searched for Raiza the Mega Monarch. He Normal Summoned Robina, adding Floowandereeze & Stri to his hand, and returned Toccan as well. He Tributed Robina and Eglen for Mega Raiza. It sent Dudley’s Droll to the top of the Deck, as well as Randolph’s own Advent in the Graveyard, and finally Raiza returned itself to the hand. Dudley had nothing to make a followup, especially with Raiza about to be coming down repeatedly. We’re moving swiftly to a third Duel!

Duel 3

Dudley began the final Duel with WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils in his Draw Phase, getting Diabellstar the Black Witch. He then Special Summoned Diabellstar, sending Circle of the Fire Kings to the Graveyard. Diabellstar put Original Sinful Spoils – Snake-Eye on the field. He activated it, sending Diabellstar away to Special Summon Snake-Eye Ash. Ash’s effect added Legendary Fire King Ponix to his hand. He Normal Summoned Ponix to find Fire King Sanctuary. He activated WANTED’s effect in the Graveyard, putting Original Sinful Spoils on the bottom of his Deck to draw a new card. He played Sanctuary, but did not place Fire King Island with its effect. He used Snake-Eye Ash’s effect, sending itself and Sanctuary to the Graveyard to Special Summon Snake-Eyes Flamberge Dragon. He played Fire King Island from his hand. He used Ponix to Link Summon Linkuriboh. Then he used Island to destroy Fire King High Avatar Kirin in his hand, searching for Sacred Fire King Garunix. Kirin revived Ponix, and Garunix was Special Summoned from the hand. Garunix destroyed Fire King Avatar Arvata from the Deck, which then revived Kirin. He used Kirin and Garunix to Link Summon Duelittle Chimera. He then used Chimera and Linkuriboh to Link Summon Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames. Princess revived Arvata. Then he used Princess and Arvata to Link Summon Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf. He Tributed Ponix to revive Linkuriboh, triggering Wolf’s effect to return Garunix to his hand. He used Linkuriboh and Wolf to Link Summon Decode Talker Heatsoul, drawing a card with its effect. He used Flamberge’s effect to place Arvata in his back row, and Set another back row card.

Randolph had Pot of Prosperity, Pot of Duality, Triple Tactics Thrust, Robina, and Mist Valley Apex Avian. He drew Advent. He led with Pot of Prosperity, banishing six cards. He revealed multiple cards, including two Dimension Shifter, but they were too late now. He added a second Robina to his hand. Dudley had Droll & Lock Bird, and Randolph Chained Advent, banishing a Robina. Dudley Chained Heatsoul to draw a card. Advent added Map to Randolph’s hand. Then Droll & Lock Bird resolved. Randolph played Map, banishing Stri from the Deck, and Normal Summoned Robina. He couldn’t use Robina’s effect but put Stri in his hand. Dudley used Flamberge to Special Summon Arvata from the back row. Randolph continued, Normal Summoing Stri to banish Ponix from the Graveyard, but Dudley had Infinite Impermanence. Randolph used Triple Tactics Thrust to Set Dreaming Town on the field. He also Set Pot of Duality. Before the Main Phase ended, Dudley activated Fire King High Avatar Kirin in his hand. He Special Summoned it by destroying Arvata. That let him use Arvata to revive Duelittle Chimera, as well as Special Summon Garunix from his hand. Garunix destroyed another Kirin from the Deck. The destroyed Kirin Special Summoned Arvata and destroyed the Set Pot of Duality. Randolph moved to his Battle Phase, sending Stri to attack Arvata, losing the battle and banishing Stri. In the End Phase, Duelittle Chimera was destroyed since it was Special Summoned by Arvata. Chimera’s effect put Kirin back in his hand.

Dudley used Flamberge to place Robina into the Spell & Trap Card Zone. He tried moving to the Battle Phase, and Randolph flipped Dreaming Town. He Normal Summoned Robina, adding Eglen to the hand, and returning Stri. He Normal Summoned Stri and tried using the effect, but Dudley used Arvata to negate it, destroying his Kirin as well. Kirin then revived Ponix and destroyed Robina, leaving an open path for all of Dudley’s monsters!

In the same moment, the rest of Team 2 Doods also won their Matches! All three of the 2 Doods are moving to the Top 4!
