New York Comic Con 2026 Information

We will be at New York Comic Con 2026!

We are excited to return to New York Comic Con this year! Attend the convention and visit our booth to demo Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL, learn how to play the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG), create a custom Token Card, and even a chance to Duel the Master with your Advanced or Genesys Constructed Deck. All attendees who take demos will have a chance to win some awesome prizes!

Once you’ve taken a Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG demo, visit our Deck-building Station! Learn more about Deck-building and how to use the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG companion app, NEURON! Or if you are seasoned Duelist, we will again have a special prize for those that can defeat all four of our Master Duelists at Duel the Master.   

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING Yu-Gi-Oh! at New York Comic Con 2026

  • During the convention, activities will be held in the Exhibit Hall at the main KONAMI booth #2219.
  • While the activities offered in the KONAMI booth are free, you will need to purchase entry to the Convention.

Q: What Security information should I know for the Yu-Gi-Oh! activities at New York Comic Con?

A: There will be security personnel and local police onsite at the convention. All attendees will be required to purchase a Convention Badge to enter and participate in events. Q: What can I do at the Yu-Gi-Oh! booth #2219?

A: There will be many cool things to do at the KONAMI Booth!

  • Daily Give-Aways: Stop by our booth to pick up some of these exciting free giveaways.
  • Pot of Greed Fan. No one knows what this iconic Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Card does but now you can have it as a fan that doubles as a mask.  We will have limited quantities in the booth each morning so come by early to get yours.
  • Scapegoat Token Headbands. We will feature all 4 Scapegoat Tokens, Pink, Blue, Orange, and Red.  There’ll be a different colored Scapegoat to pick up each day, so stop by every day so you can collect the full set.
  •  
  • Game Demos: Attendees can get a Yu-Gi-Oh! game demo at the event! Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL will be available to demo. Experience the story behind your favorite card themes with the MASTER DUEL Solo Mode Gate demo.  We’ll also be holding demos for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME if this is your first time, or you need a refresher course! All Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME demos allow you to keep your Demo Deck to start your Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG card collection and continue to Duel after leaving the event!
  • Demo Coins: Attendees completing either of these demos will receive a Yu-Gi-Oh! Demo Coin.  Attendees can redeem up to 5 Demo Coins each day at New York Comic Con for amazing prizes! (See What prizes do I have a chance to win with a Demo Coin? section below)
  • NEW for 2026: Attendees completing a Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME demo will receive a THANK YOU PACK with cards designed to help support and build on the themes in the Demo Deck. You’ll also receive a coupon for a FREE card case and pack of sleeves to protect your growing collection, if you purchase a 2-Player Starter Set at our retail store.
  • Duel the Master: Duelists feeling lucky and confident in their Dueling skills can challenge a Master Duelist at Duel the Master as they play some of the most competitive Decks in the game today – both Advanced and Genesys! You’ll need to bring your own Deck for this. Each time an attendee Duels the Master, they will get a Demo Coin.  And if an attendee defeats a Master, they get an extra Demo Coin. (Stay tuned for information on who the Masters will be for NYCC.)
  • Beat all 4 Master Duelists at the booth to win a Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Mulcharmy Purulia Plush!
  • Green Screen Photo Booth: You can make your own personalized Yu-Gi-Oh! Token Card.
  • Retail: If you need to stock up on Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG products, there’ll be a dedicated retail area throughout the show.
  • Exclusive Convention Game Mat: Head over to the retail counter to pick up the 2026 New York Comic Con Exclusive Game Mat before it sells out! Available for $30 USD (plus sales tax), this year’s Game Mat features Chibi Dark Magician Girl who was featured in Battles of Legend: Glorious Gallery.
