Round 4 of YCS Anaheim is finished. Here are the Standings as we enter Round 5!
YCS Anaheim is underway, with Duelists adding new tech cards to their Decks in hopes of having an advantage against all of the other players in the room. With the new Ryzeal and Maliss themes introduced in Crossover Breakers, players are using new cards in their Side Decks with the hopes of being prepared for those new Decks. Here are some of the tech choices that are popular this weekend!

The latest set introduces three brand-new archetypes to the game, each of which will be looking to make their mark on their debut weekend. Here’s a brief overview of what each the new archetypes – Ryzeal, Malice, and Ryu-Ge – can do!

Round 3 of YCS Anaheim is now finished! Check out the current Standings!
We’re on to Round 2 here at YCS Anaheim! In this Swiss Round’s Feature Match, we have the two newest strategies from Crossover Breakers set to face off. Kenny Huy Nguyen is playing Ryzeal, with a small Fiendsmith engine being used to get an additional Level 4 monster on the field. On the other hand, Anthony Dominic Rovero II is playing a pure Maliss deck! Both of these players won their first Swiss Round, but only one will continue with a 2-0 record. It’s time to Duel!
Read more…Things are just getting started here at YCS Anaheim! A brand new set, Crossover Breakers, was just released, and it introduces several new archetypes to the game. Jesse Simnegar is piloting the brand new Maliss strategy. Maliss is a DARK Cyberse theme that focuses on swarming the field and summoning big Cyberse monsters. Across the table from him is Adrian Raudelio Grijvala, playing his trusted Tenpai Dragon Deck. Tenpai Dragon Decks have been popular for a while due to the Deck’s ability to end games quickly in the Battle Phase. Which of these players will start off their tournament journey with a win? We’re about to find out. It’s time to Duel!
