Then you’ll want to check out this match from YCS Columbus! In it, the Infernoid strategy is pitted against Lightsworn, a strategy that Infernoids borrow several key cards from! This match lets you see a lot of different Infernoid cards in action and provides an example of one type of “conversion” Side Deck – a Side Deck that allows you to radically modify your own strategy on the fly. In this case, many Trap Cards are added to a Deck that has few or no Trap Cards during the first Duel, which virtually guarantees that no Spell/Trap destroying cards will be sided in against you.

The analysis of all 1760-something Deck Lists from the 150th YCS in Columbus isn’t done yet, so I can’t tell you what the overall most impactful cards from Crossed Souls were. The analysis of the Top 32 Deck Lists, on the other hand, is done, so I can tell you what the top 5 most successful cards from Crossed Souls were over the YCS weekend! These are ranked based on how many copies of each appeared in the Top 32, and just for fun I’ll compare it to my prediction list for the most impactful CROS cards from before the event as well.
