For one year, thousands of Duelists across North America have weathered the long road of Regionals, Extravaganzas, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series events, all to make it here to the North American World Championship Qualifier! The stage does not get any grander: 4396 competitors earned the privilege to compete in this weekend’s main event, and now the most skilled and practiced Duelists on the continent have gathered right here in Detroit for one reason: to select four ambassadors to compete at the World Championship in Italy.

Come out to Detroit for the North American World Championship Qualifier!

It’s that time of the year when Duelists from all across the United States and Canada converge at one of the biggest events in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME: the North American World Championship Qualifier!

Hundreds of Duelists have already booked their tickets for the event – if you’re undecided about participating, not only will be you missing out on some high-level competition and exciting public events, not to mention the live Duel between Dan Green and Marc Thompson, but you’ll miss your chance to visit a revitalized Detroit and have a great time.

Here are a bunch of reasons to visit America’s Comeback City for the North American World Championship Qualifier!

1)      Detroit is a big city on the rise, and you can see this firsthand at the COBO Center waterfront, situated on the bank of the Detroit River. http://www.cobocenter.com/discover_detroit
