Jack Hoyt has fourteen Dragon Duel Championships under his belt, but he’s turning 13-years old on March 1st, so this is his last chance to win a Dragon Duel at a YCS. 10-year-old Oliver Tomajko still has years of Dragon Dueling ahead of him, but is nonetheless doing everything he can to stop Hoyt in his Dragon Dueling rampage. Both Duelists are currently 3-0 in the Dragon Duels, and a victory here will allow one of them to finish off the tournament undefeated. The Top 3 finishers in a Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series main event win special prize cards, but that’s not the only way to get a set of these coveted Darklord cards! At the end of each weekend, eight lucky Duelists are also selected for their participation in the Public Events that are played alongside the YCS main event. Those Duelists compete in a pair of four-competitor Public Event Playoffs, and the winner of each will go home with a set of the three Darklord prize cards. Today, Ft. In this Feature Match we’ll see Scott Robertson Page take Formula Monarchs against Honorable Rudy Munoz’s Six Samurai. Samurai Duelists make up half of the Top 16, and Robertson is the only Formula Monarch Duelist left. Formula Monarchs were a much-discussed Deck going into this tournament, but they were under-represented in the Swiss Rounds.
