Deck Profile: Dragoon Victor Santana’s Dragunity Deck

With Dragunities still so new in Championship-level Dueling, a lot of great Duelists are approaching the deck from different perspectives.  We showed you the focused, control-heavy build played to a Top 16 finish by Frazier Smith.  Now, let’s look at a teched out version that was used by Victor Santana that does some cool stuff and has some great moves that Smith’s Deck can’t quite replicate.

Deck Profile: Fired-Up Jonathan Barber’s Flamvellsworn Deck

Jonathan Barber won our Round 6 Feature Match with his Flamvellsworn Deck this weekend, recovering from an early Royal Tribute in 2 Duels and securing victory with a swarm of Synchro Monsters. Now, he’s 8-1 in the tournament with a Deck he’s been running for over a year, wiping out opponents all over the tournament floor with his power-plays enabled by Rekindling.

Deck Profile: Einherjar Jeff Jones’ Double Aesir Nordic Deck

Deck Profile: Aquatic Nicky Lacaille’s Fish Deck

Ever since late last year, Fish strategies centered on Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth have been gaining momentum and popularity.  The release of Formula Synchron in Starstrike Blast flung the doors wide open, allowing the Deck to make the most of the Level 1 Tuner Fishborg Blaster, and its ability to generate Level 1 Oyster Tokens to go with it.  On the other end of the spectrum, Shooting Star Dragon and Red Nova Dragon opened up some truly spectacular combos and unprecedented payoffs for the Deck’s key plays, and Fish Duelists haven’t looked back since.  Montreal’s Nicky Lacaille is 1 of the Duelists competing with this up-and-coming darkhorse pick this weekend: after a successful showing with Fish at an Ottawa Regional last November, here’s what he’s running today…

Deck Profile: Dragoon Frazier Smith’s Dragunities

Four months ago, Frazier Smith broke new grounds with Gravekeepers, winning YCS Atlanta!
