Here’s how the remaining Duelists in the event were faring at the end of last night’s Swiss Rounds. Keep in mind that not all of these Duelists made the cut to Day 2. Only the top 128 moved on to compete in the final 2 Rounds of Swiss. Keep in mind that your record from Day 1 carries over, so if every Match was must-win yesterday, you’re in the same situation today. Only 32 of these Duelists will make it to the playoffs. Here’s what’s up: Public Events are underway. Duelists can win a giant Black Luster Soldier – Envoy of the Beginning or Tour Guide from the Underworld in ATTACK OF THE GIANT CARD!! Win-a-Mat is exactly what it sounds like. You can play in a Starter Deck Tournament, where everyone is on even footing because they’re all playing with Starter Deck: Dawn of the Xyz! It’s Time For Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series – Columbus!

**UPDATE** There are nearly 1100 Duelists in attendance today!

YCS Columbus marks the beginning of a new era in Dueling – the Zexal era! The first episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal aired in the United States last week, and in it, a young protagonist named Yuma began his quest to improve his skills and become a Dueling champion!

This weekend’s tournament coverage is designed to help out Duelists with the same aspirations as Yuma. It’s for Duelists who want to improve their Dueling skills.
