Round 7 Feature Match: Nathaniel Jadotte vs. Christopher LeBlanc

Nathan Jadotte from Brooklyn, New York and Christopher LeBlanc from Boston, Massachusetts are Dueling against one another in this Round 7 Feature Match! A victory for one of them will put that Duelist in a great position for Day 2. Nathaniel Jadotte is using Six Samurais, and Christopher LeBlanc is using Geargias.

Round 7 Feature Match: Justin Ashe Versus Robert Pleines

Robert Pleines is one of what appears to be a relative few Inzektor Duelists remaining in this tournament, but the ones that are still here are doing quite well.  Pleines has a 5-1 record headed into this Round, piloting the theme that Billy Brake brought back into the spotlight with a Top 8 finish at YCS Indianapolis.

Dragon Duel Round 3: Joshua Bridges vs. Christopher Lee

We’re halfway through the Dragon Duels of Day 1 here at YCS Providence. Joshua Bridges is here from Knoxville, TN, and he’s decided to use Evols today. Christopher Lee made the trip from Philadelphia, PA, with an Inzektor Deck.

Round 4 Feature Match: Benedikt Junk Versus Jaad Chehab

German Duelist Benedikt Junk is undefeated in today’s tournament.  He’s playing Scraps, and his name is “Junk”.  And that’s amazing. 

 

But his opponent is Jaad Chehab from Waltham Massachusetts, who’s ironically a well-recognized Scrap Duelist himself!  Mirror Match?  Not even close!  Chehab is actually playing Evols this weekend.  I don’t know if we’ve ever seen this match-up before!

Round 3 Feature Match: Michael Ward Versus Kamil Moroz

This Round would pit two Duelists from Massachusetts against each other, piloting two very different Decks.  Kamil Moroz is from Boston, and is playing a Bubble Beat HERO Deck.  His opponent Michael Ward is from Cape Cod, and is playing an Exodia strategy with Hope For Escape and the Return of the Duelist Spell Card, Where Arf Thou?!  Both of these competitors were 2-0 so far here today.

Round 2 Feature Match: James Crews Versus Jeremiah Mason

This round we’d see two New York Duelists go head-to-head with Decks that are fast becoming classic picks of the current format!  James Crews traveled here this weekend from Staten Island, piloting Wind-Ups.  Jeremiah Mason hails from Synechdoche, and is playing Chaos Dragons.  Both of these strategies put together big combos that can sweep the Duel in a single turn, so for both Duelists this was a race against time, and eachother.

Round 2 Feature Match: Lamar Curtis vs Braden Farrow

Lamar Curtis made the trip here from Brooklyn, New York with his HERO Deck. His opponent is Braden Farrow, who came from Warwick, Rhode Island with Machina Gadgets and is playing in his first YCS event! Each Duelist has one win under his belt, but only one can move on undefeated!
