Oscar Zelaya and Francisco Saldivar are best friends from Dallas, Texas, who Duel against each other all the time at their local card shop. They built their Decks together, and are both using the same Mermail Deck this weekend. They played against one another in the Swiss rounds, and Zelaya was victorious.
