Christian Georges from Queens, New York went 9-2 with Fire Fists in the Swiss Rounds of this weekend’s YCS. David Gancedo from Miami, Florida went 10-1 with Fire Fists. Now, the two of them are facing off in the Finals using completely different Decks. Both Duelists drafted Battle Pack 2: War of the Giants – Round 2 for their first time ever just hours ago, and constructed the Decks that they’re about to use in this final round of the tournament. One of these Duelists is about to become the champion of YCS Atlanta. It’s time to Duel!

Jesse Choate went 9-2 with his Karakuri Geargia Deck in the Swiss Rounds of this weekend’s tournament and Gancedo went 10-1 with Fire Fists. Now, Choate and Gancedo are using brand new Decks against one another in a Match that will decide who advances to the Finals.
Gancedo has never drafted before, but Choate has lots of experience drafting Battle Pack 2: War of the Giants – Round 2. Choate’s experience drafting is likely to give him the edge in this Match. It’s time to Duel!

Only eight Duelists remain in this tournament, and we’re beginning to get a taste of Draft play. Jesse Choate and Joseph Bogli are fresh off their last round Feature Match wins, and now they’re pitted against each other! Choate has practiced a lot of Draft play, but Bogli has multiple YCS tops under his belt. This match is looking to be a good one!

Joseph Bogli finished the Swiss Rounds with a perfect 11-0 record using his Fire Fist Deck, Stephen Silverman ended the Swiss Rounds with a 9-2 record using his Prophecy Deck. But now, the field has been leveled. Silverman and Bogli have just finished constructing their draft Decks and will be putting them to the test in this Top 16 Feature Match! It’s time to Duel!

Da Lee is a huge fan of Lightsworn monsters, and frequently uses them in YCS tournaments. He’s back with his Lightsworn Deck this weekend, and this time he piloted it to a 9-1 record. Lee’s Round 11 opponent, Yicheng Li, is hoping to take down Lee with his Prophecy Deck. Only one of these Duelists can finish the Swiss Rounds with a 10-1 record and a guaranteed Top 32 finish. We’re in the final round of Swiss play, and we’re back with Thomas Lippman and his Archfiend Deck! He took a loss in his Feature Match yesterday, but he’s still got a great record. If he wins this Match, he’s got a good chance of making it into the Top 32. He’ll have to beat Michael Alibakhsh to do that, who’s packing a Geargia Deck capable of slowly controlling the game, or exploding thanks to Karakuri Synchro Monsters.
