Today’s Dragon Duel tournament gave young Duelists a first opportunity to qualify for next year’s Dragon Duel World Championship Qualifier. Denny Yu from Sacramento, California is Dueling against Brian Rayos from Los Angeles, California in the most important Match of their lives. The winner will make it to the Top 4 and be invited to compete in the World Championship – the other Duelist will be eliminated. It’s time to Duel!
We are down to the Top 8! Here are the pairings for the round, with these matches determining who will earn an invite to the World Championship in Japan!
And we’re now at Top 16! Walter Jule finished Swiss in 27th place as the only one of two Duelists to take Pendulum Magician into Top 64. His opponent is Russell Kenneth Novak-Burdick who finished Swiss in 54th with a Trickstar Sky Striker Deck. Pendulum Magicians have had to adapt since losing Astrograph Sorcerer in the latest Forbidden and Limited List, but it’s still clearly a Deck to be considered! Only one of these Duelists will move on to the Top 8. Who will move on? It’s time to Duel!
