We’re approaching the end of Day 1 here at YCS Indianapolis. Andy Bazzi and Christopher Brooker each have 6 wins and 1 loss, leaving them with 18 points. Players need 19 points to advance to Day 2, so either player would be able to secure their Day 2 spot with a win this round, though both players will want as many points as possible in order to try and make the top 32. We’re halfway through the first day of YCS Indianapolis, and the best Decks are making their way to the top. We have Brandon Miotke with us for this Feature Match, here from Deerborn, MI, with a Tenpai Snake-Eye Deck. He’s facing Owen Alvarado, from New Orleans, LA, using Centur-Ion. Tenpai are a new strategy from Legacy of Destruction, and Centur-Ions also got a huge boost from the set, making this an LEDE battle!

While the Grand Finals play out on the livestream, we have another battle taking place. In this Feature Match, we determine the all-important question: Who’s in 3^rd?

Levi Dudley, from Columbus, GA, is facing Austin Colling, from Cleveland, OH. We’ve got Dudley’s Fire King Snake-Eye Deck against Colling’s pure Snake-Eye Deck. This isn’t just for bragging rights – the winner of this Match will claim a Super Rare copy of the YCS Prize Card Anotherverse Gluttonia!

It is time for the Single-Elimination Rounds! We are here in the Top 32 at YCS Raleigh with two Duelists here. Sean Kilian, from New York, is here after finishing 11-0 after the Swiss Rounds. He just won an oversized copy of Anotherverse Gluttonia for finishing the Swiss Rounds undefeated. It is also his first YCS! Evan Palenzuela, from New Jersey, is here and this is his first time making it to the Top Cut at a YCS!

After some friendly discussion, Palenzuela won the dice roll and opted to go first.

It’s today’s final Feature Match! We have Edward Kim, from Centreville, VA, playing a Snake-Eye Deck. He’s up against Daniel Holland, from Chicago, IL. Holland also has a Snake-Eye strategy, but this one is blended with Fire Kings and Horus and Volcanics! These Duelists are both on the bubble – a win is necessary to qualify for Day 2 here at YCS Raleigh.

Yesterday, 571 teams gathered to test their Dueling prowess. Now, only the Top 8 remain! Team Zero Mortals Plan’s Jarred Randolph is here from Deleware, and is the only Floowandereeze Duelist remaining! He’s facing Team 2 Doods’s Levi Dudley, from Alabama, and his Fire King Snake-Eye Deck! Randolph’s trio of Dimension Shifter could give him the edge in the matchup, but will it be enough? Welcome to Round 8! This is the final Swiss round for today, and we have a Match that shows how much of the tournament has been going – two Snake-Eye variants!
