YCS Indianapolis is about to start, and there are tons of seasoned Duelists here from across North America ready to compete for the title of YCS Champion. However, for many players, this is their first time entering such a large event. We spoke to some players here from the floor to discuss their early takes on YCS Indianapolis!

Everybody’s story starts somewhere!

The action’s just kicking off here at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and as always, today’s tournament is packed with veteran Duelists from all across North America. But for many competitors in the YCS main event, today marks their first-ever journey into the Championship arena. We took a moment to talk to some of the weekend’s YCS first-timers to welcome them to competitive Dueling, right here at YCS Philadelphia!

Today marks many Duelists’ first steps into the highest tier of Dueling – the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series. Here are some YCS first-timers here in Minneapolis!

There are lots of experienced Duelists here this weekend, many of whom have competed in several big tournaments. But not every Duelist in attendance has experienced the excitement of a YCS before. Some of these Duelists are attending their first YCS ever this weekend! In fact, six of those Duelists came here together after meeting at the University of Toronto, and they’re looking to take the tournament by storm! Check it out!

We’ve had lots of Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series (YCS) events in the past, and many seasoned Duelists attend as many as they possibly can.
