Welcome to the very first Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series event in Latin America, kicking off in Mexico City!

Look at all these players – all 839 of them.  We weren’t expecting quite this many, so we had to get another room up and running to seat everybody.  There were lines of buses outside as we were getting ready for registration,  transporting Duelists from all over Mexico, as far away as Monterey and Guadalajara – a 7-hour bus ride away. It looks like most of the players today are from here in Mexico, but we have our eyes out for anyone who traveled internationally.
