Tearlaments is the most represented strategy in the top cut, with 17 Duelists piloting that strategy to a Top 32 finish. Spright isn’t far behind, with 11 Duelists in the Top 32 utilizing the Spright cards. There are lots of different variations of these Decks in the Top 32, including two Duelists using Spright and Tearlaments cards in the same Deck. Other Tearlaments and Spright Duelists integrated those themes with Bystial, Branded, Scareclaw, Adventure, and Runick strategies.
Although Spright and Tearlaments strategies appear to be most dominant, Decks without those strategies also made it into the Top 32. These Decks include three Floowandereeze Decks, an Exosister Deck, a Bystial Thunder Dragon Deck, and a Dragon Link Deck.
The Top 32 has just started, and after just 5 more rounds we’ll know which Duelist and Deck will win YCS Minneapolis! Stay tuned!
